In addition, he also roped in another world leader Funder of Austria, one of the biggest producers of pre-laminated boards in Europe, for the lamination division. The 10 year collaboration with the two giants enabled the latest technology transfer from Europe to Novopan Industries Ltd.

The task of technology transfer from the European style to one suited to Indian conditions was no easy one. It was an arduous process, which went in the shape of several demonstrations, carpenter-converter meets and training programmes. And finally the end results of the same bloomed in a perfect Novopan product with Indian touch. And even more fascinating is the tale of the product technology into an indigenous one, which met international standards for resistant particleboards. The same also met the needs of both industrial and domestic concerns.

Everything took place at the appropriate time for Novopan, its products was initially met with skepticism but grew gradually and earned customer admiration and later orders. The huge Indian market beckoned Novopan and the company took advantage of the same, its products found acceptance in the rooms of many a Government agencies like MES, CPWD as well as corporate houses and so on plus not to forget individual homes. More customers meant more fame and of course big money for Novopan Industries Ltd. It rightfully basked in the limelight and adulation that came its way.
